What can I use as a theme for a food hamper?

Q) My girlfriend and I have, for the past couple of years, been exchanging hampers with my folks at Christmas. Each year, the contents of the hampers have a theme. So far, we've had Italian food, things beginning with the letter 'C', and organic food. We're looking for something different (and preferably obscure!) for this year's hamper. Everything has to be readily available, and can't be perishable (it's going to sit under a Christmas tree for a couple of weeks...) Thanks for the help.

A) Hmm... that's a great idea. How about foods that cook in 30 minutes or less? Things that go with Beef (or chicken, pork, etc). Late-night snack foods. Heart-healthy foods (or diabetic-friendly, low carb, low fat, etc)... Just a few ideas off the top of my head.
